Andy has been catering for the past 5 years, training under chefs at Carluccios and working for himself. He regularly caters at at events and can cook for most tastes including Italian, French and Mexican cuisine.
His accompanying salads and special flavour touches make his service very good value. He also caters with a range of delicious soft drinks.
In the summer months he runs street stalls and specialises in a Caribbean dessert favourite – flavoured shaved ice. His concession stall is called Sno-Cone and can be found at events all around London, happily quenching people’s thirst.
